Important Information for Students
If you have a fever and/or respiratory symptoms(cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing), call 719-549-2830 BEFORE coming into the CSU Pueblo Wolfpack Wellness Center.
Appointments may be made by telephone or online via the student health portal.
To register for the portal, click the link below and use your 10-digit NetID, then go to "My Forms" tab and fill out the assigned paperwork:

Wolfpack Wellness Center now participates in the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS).
Fees
Payment is expected at the time of service. Wolfpack Wellness Center accepts Thunderbucks for any of your medical needs in addition to cash, check, VISA/Mastercard, and Discover card.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Unlike a traditional "school nurse" office, Wolfpack Wellness Center is a fully-functioning healthcare office much like your primary care physician. While appointments are recommended, we do allow for walk-ins. -
Do I need an appointment to be seen in your office?
Appointments are recommended and can be schedule by calling 719-549-2830 or through the ThunderWolf Health Portal. -
Does the University offer health insurance for students?
Unfortunately, the University no longer offers health insurance for students. Due to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), we have a list of websites that you can access to sign up for affordable healthcare. Please see on our insurance information page.
